We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, creativity, and attention to quality.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building positive customer relationships.
- Supervise, coach, and support bartenders and bar staff, providing ongoing training and performance guidance.
- Assist with scheduling, shift leadership, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels during service.
- Monitor inventory, place beverage orders, manage stock rotation, and minimize product waste.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Develop seasonal cocktail menus, beverage specials, and pairing recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS while maintaining cash handling standards.
- Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service for daily operations and special events.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and operational reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Lead Bartender, Head Bartender, or Senior Bartender in a high-volume or upscale hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage presentation.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling beverage costs.
- Proficiency with POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues professionally.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to accuracy and accountability.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
