Position Summary
The Grant Writer at CNM is responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for various projects and programs. This position works closely with program managers and other stakeholders to identify funding needs, develops project ideas, and creates compelling grant proposals. The Grant Writer CNM must have excellent writing and research skills, a strong understanding of grant funding processes, and the ability to effectively communicate the organization's mission and goals to potential funders. The role plays a crucial part in securing financial resources to support CNM's initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

AND

Two (2) years of professional experience where the major duties included professional writing, proposal development, and project management
Preferences:

Proven grant writing experience.

Higher education experience preferred; nonprofit experience with grant development is also acceptable.

Strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
