Position Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour
- Student Groups: Independently supervise 15–18 students, Pre-K through 8th grade
Your Role Will Include:
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with homework and academic activities
- Lead and plan creative and age-appropriate games and projects
- Collaborating with other team members and being open to feedback and new ideas
- Maintaining a safe and structured environment for all students
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
- Ideal for college students studying education, child development, psychology, or a related field
