Lead Restoration Technician
We are seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our team in Orange County.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Water Damage Restoration
- 4+ years of experience in Mold Remediation
- Current IICRC certification preferred (not required)
- Comfortable with estimations and job documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience using basic tools such as moisture meters, thermal cameras, air movers, and dehumidifiers
- Must have their own basic tool box (ladder, hammer, flat bar, etc.)
- Comfortable with demolition work as part of restoration projects
- Comfortable using software, laptops, and mobile devices for reports and communication
- Must live in Orange County
- Valid clean driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual (Spanish–English) preferred
Pay: $25 – $28 per hour (DOE)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Base Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
