Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for exceptional home care services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. Candidates must be committed to patient-centered care and have experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized dementia care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care, which could consist of bathing, dressing, feeding, transferring, mobility support, and incontinence care and/or overall hygiene
- Medication reminders
- Support clients with specialized needs including Alzheimer’s care & dementia care.
- Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers safely and comfortably.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
