Server / Bartender – Hospitality ProfessionalPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team in a private club environment. This role is ideal for a service professional who understands that exceptional dining is about more than delivering food — it’s about creating a memorable experience for every guest.
We are looking for someone with strong serving experience who knows how to greet guests warmly, execute polished table service, anticipate needs, and represent our club with professionalism and pride.

Responsibilities
- Provide gracious, attentive service from guest arrival through departure
- Execute professional full-service dining with proper timing and presentation
- Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge, including food, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Guide members and guests through menu selections with confidence
- Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails with consistency and professionalism
- Anticipate guest needs and elevate the overall dining experience
- Process payments accurately and responsibly using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and bar environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service execution
- Uphold the standards and traditions expected in a private club setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant (country club, fine dining, or upscale casual preferred)
- Bartending experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality etiquette and professional service standards
- Excellent communication skills and guest presence
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
