What You Will Do
Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate our guests
Adapt to accommodate the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community
Ensure there is always enough backup liquor
Retrieve alcohol from the storage area if the bartender runs out
Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar
Wipe down tables and bar tops
Re-stock garnishes, mixes, glasses, and ice
Respect guests’ right of way
Support the bartenders to ensure that guests are attended to
Other tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Table
Must hold a Food Handlers certificate from an ANSI-accredited program and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for a 6-8 hour shift
Ability to clearly articulate guests’ needs to teammates
Professional, reliable, friendly, and punctual
Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
Must be able to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
