Full-time Caregiver – Madison, WI
Fathers Heart Home Care LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Full-time overnight caregivers to join our dedicated team. We are a locally owned agency committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports independence, dignity, and comfort for seniors in our community.
CNA / Caregiver Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience or certification as CNA, HHA, PCW, SEA, or DSP (we will provide training for the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Child care or teaching experience
CNA / Caregiver Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities
- Assisting with mobility and safe transfers (including Hoyer lift use)
- Supporting clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s care needs
- Preparing meals and offering medication reminders
- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Providing occasional transportation for errands and appointments
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $15.00 – $20.00 (based on experience and shift type)
