Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented VNA Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a VNA Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are pulled and available for order pickers to fulfill orders. This position requires a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members to meet goals. Hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00AM to 6:30PM with overtime as needed to meet customer expectations.
Duties
- Safely and accurately pull products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous sit-down forklift experience (stand-up forklift experience is a plus)
- Must be comfortable at heights up to 30 feet
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (75 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction and multiplication
- Computer experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
