Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Round Rock, TX (Primarily In-Office)
Pay: $20-22/hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Patriot Crew is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable with technology, enjoy helping customers, and can confidently communicate over the phone while supporting day-to-day order operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with product, order, and account inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process customer orders and ensure order accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and shipping inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
- Support general administrative and customer service functions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable making and receiving customer phone calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers and current technology
- Familiarity with operating printers and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Work Environment
- This position is primarily based in our Round Rock, TX office.
- Remote work flexibility may be available when necessary; however, the role is intended to be office-based.
