We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Representative to support our operations within the printing/manufacturing industry. This role goes beyond traditional customer service, it requires strong administrative, communication, and data entry skills, along with the ability to manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and enter customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with customers in English (written and verbal) regarding order status, specifications, and inquiries***
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, scheduling, shipping) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Review order details, specifications, and documentation to prevent errors and delays
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in company systems
- Provide professional and timely customer support while ensuring a high level of service quality
Required Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) — must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and order processing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service within manufacturing, printing, or a similar industry is highly preferred
