TWFG represents over 200 insurance carriers and is licensed to do business in 49 states.
We are seeking a motivated and organized Insurance Producer to join our Urbandale, IA corporate branch. A Producer will generate new business by prospecting, developing, and marketing new leads. This position involves significant phone work and requires excellent phone etiquette and outstanding interpersonal skills. The focus of a Producer is producing new business while providing excellent customer service to retain existing clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads by networking, cold calling, referrals, and other various sources.
- Identify customer needs and promote product solutions.
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
- Maintain and service existing clients.
- Stay current on carrier appetites and product availability.
- Positively promote and represent the TWFG brand.
Experience
- Must have a current IA General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty license.
- Prior sales experience needed – Prefer Property & Casualty sales experience.
- Excellent prospecting, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and personable phone skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively.
