What You'll Do
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will work in a retail environment helping customers discover the best telecommunication solutions, products, promotions, and services that fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Learn and confidently deliver proven sales scripts
- Educate customers on products & services
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling
- Generate new customer acquisitions and account upgrades
- Assist with product demonstrations and service recommendations
- Travel locally to retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
