Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, appliances, and buildings to identify work orders and upkeep.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and air conditioning problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and upgrades of HVAC systems, renovations, and general maintaining of the grounds.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed, including service logs and repair histories.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and equipment maintenance.
- Proven service technician experience with a focus on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, or appliance repair.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to building maintenance or upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning units, and general mechanical principles.
- Strong communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate with team members or contractors.
