Job Description
Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, some evenings and weekends each month.
Reports to: Director of Enrollment & Family Engagement
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required, post-secondary education preferred.
Previous experience in recruitment, outreach, education preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English—both written and oral required.
- Experience living or working in Camden and Pennsauken; we encourage those with a connection
to Catholic Partnership Schools to apply.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to use basic technology, such as email, Office, social media, etc.
- Clean criminal and child abuse record.

- Self-starter, organized, creative, attentive to detail.
- Friendly and engaging personality, able to connect with people and build relationships.
- Quick learner, able to learn about and articulate what makes CPS special.
- Collaborative nature, able to work well as part of a team.
- Good follow-through. Able to set goals and achieve them.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Work with Director to identify parents who might be interested in our schools and places where
those parents could be engaged (eg: pre-Ks, sports leagues, churches, restaurants, stores, new
businesses in Camden, sending schools, etc.).
- Develop relationships with above mentioned sites to advertise Partnership Schools
- Help to develop marketing materials and social media campaigns.
- Distribute marketing materials to identified sites and throughout Camden, Pennsauken and
surrounding areas.
- Represent CPS in the community at community-based meetings and events, especially where
parents of Pre-K-8th grade children might be present.
- Staff enrollment activities in conjunction with schools such as open houses and family fun nights.
- Assist new families in gathering and completing enrollment paperwork.
- Assist new families with completion financial aid, and child care subsidy forms.
- Track all visits and relationships, assess with Director which ones work best, continually develop
