Position Summary
Precision Trenchless LLC. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support its Polyurea coatings division. This position directs and oversees all aspects of construction projects within the specified project division, including team planning, coordination, and execution of trenchless construction projects. This role works closely with management team, field supervisors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and managing trenchless construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Pre-construction and progress meetings
- Submittals and scheduling
- Material orders and inventories.
- Cost tracking and all project financials.
- Coordination with management team, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and inspectors
- Prepare project documentation, reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billings
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues that would affect budget or project delivery timeline
- Reading and understanding contracts, plans, and technical specifications.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver successful projects to owners. On time, on budget with the highest level of quality and customer service.
- Final deliverables and project closeouts.
- Maintain organized project files and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred
- Exposure to trenchless construction methods (HDD, pipe bursting, CIPP, micro tunneling) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Some travel required to work sites when necessary

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
