Executive Business Center Valet Ambassador
Employment Type: FT – Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $27-28/hr.

The Executive Center Valet Ambassador will be the first impression in the Executive Business Center visitor experience. This role is committed to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include communicating, interacting, and taking action for visitors to promote a truly first-class experience. The primary role will be to manage and support the EBC arrivals and departures from start to finish. Each day, the Ambassadors will ensure that an appropriate number of EBC dedicated parking stalls are secured for the anticipated volume of guests.
Qualifications:
- 3-years of Customer service, reception, concierge, or other similar experience
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Ability to multi-task
- All candidates must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and a background check
Responsibilities:
- Greet all scheduled visitors upon arrival
- Ensure that an appropriate number of EBC dedicated parking stalls in parking garage are secured in garage for the anticipated volume of guests
- Presents self professionally and demonstrates professional behavior during interactions with others.
- Is professional in appearance, adheres to Corinthian dress code.
- Demonstrates understanding and ownership of how his/her role contributes to achieving the best visitor experience possible.
- Develops collaborative relationships with team members to promote the patient experience.
- Demonstrates a willingness to carry out responsibilities under scope and a positive approach to accomplishing work.
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team environment. Promotes an environment of teamwork and achievement of common goals.
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
