Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Express Services Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking quick, efficient automotive service. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will help streamline service processes, offer additional maintenance options, and ensure every customer experience is positive, efficient, and memorable.
Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for express service appointments or walk-ins
- Assess customer vehicle needs through clear communication and mechanical understanding
- Explain recommended services, including oil changes and tire services
- Offer additional maintenance or repair services based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain detailed service records and write clear service estimates for customers
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with automotive service advising or sales
- Strong knowledge of recommended auto service maintenance oil and filter changes, tire services and muti-point inspections.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to offer needed services effectively while maintaining integrity and trust
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance processes and procedures
- Knowledge of automotive service writing procedures

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
