Legacy Staffing Associates has partnered with a well-established national law firm that is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment / Professional Liability Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 10+ years of experience who is looking to work with sophisticated clients while enjoying a collaborative culture, meaningful autonomy, and long-term growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic litigator with strong analytical, writing, and client relationship skills who is comfortable managing complex matters, mentoring junior attorneys, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This position offers hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to play an integral role in a growing practice.

Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Association
- 10+ years of Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, or related litigation experience
- Demonstrated strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
