JSW Steel is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical and electronic equipment throughout the Steel Mill.
Primary Duties. Collaborate with electrical repair personnel, operations staff, and maintenance teams to analyze equipment issues and minimize production downtime. Work closely with operating personnel to resolve equipment problems and improve system performance.
Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment across the facility.
Perform preventative maintenance on all plant electrical and electronic systems.
Maintain adequate supplies of electrical and electronic parts, tools, and equipment.
Prepare and submit reports on equipment condition, required repairs, and replacement needs.
Report unresolved issues or changes in equipment or operating methods to the Electrical Lead.
Train and instruct personnel on electrical hazards and proper electrical and electronic safety procedures.
Follow all company, federal, state, and local safety rules and regulations.
Attend training programs, classes, meetings, or seminars as scheduled or recommended by management.
Accept additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by management.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a journeyman electrician, electrician, or electronic technician. Experience working with industrial electrical and electronic systems.
