Eastview Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 118-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, and skilled nursing services to the Antigo community.
- Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance
- Drive quality measures, survey readiness, and operational performance
- Manage labor, budgeting, and financial outcomes
- Support admissions, census development, and community relationships
- Promote employee engagement and retention
- Foster a culture focused on resident care and customer service
- Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required
- Prior experience as an NHA, LNHA, Executive Director, or Skilled Nursing Administrator preferred
- Skilled nursing facility or long-term care leadership experience required
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and survey process
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial and operational management experience
