**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality printed materials by operating and maintaining various bindery machines and equipment.
**Duties:**
- Operate and maintain various bindery machines and equipment, including cutters, folders, laminators, shrink wrap machines, collators and creasers.
- Set up and operate machines and equipment for the finishing of printed materials.
- Assemble jobs by hand, including wiro and plasti coil books.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with bindery equipment and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality control.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in bindery operations, preferably with a background in print production.
- Familiarity with bindery equipment and machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus along with a friendly attitude & willingness to work with the team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
