Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Adjuster Salesperson to join our team and drive growth through effective client engagement and strategic business development. In this role, you will leverage your negotiation skills, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with the community members, restoration companies, plumbers, and trades. Your energetic approach will help you identify opportunities, close deals, and expand our presence in the public adjusting and insurance claims market. Duties
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Engage in warm calling campaigns to establish initial contact with prospective clients.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and fostering relationships with referral sources.
- Close sales confidently through persuasive presentations, technical sales techniques, and deal management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, deal closing, and managing customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Go to a home that has suffered a house fire - discuss with the insured why hiring a public adjuster can have benefits.
- Establish yourself as a Public Adjuster within the territory so people refer to you with their insurance issues.
- Hours are flexible - you eat what you kill (metaphor)
- We often find a perfect fit with Realtors, Fireman, Police Officers, in the city working people, or detectives and investigators. If you are not - you will still be considered.
- *not* a full time operation, unless 5-15 hours is okay with you for full time work.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
