We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Project Engineer to join our Maui team . This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–10 years of experience in construction or engineering
- PE license or CCM certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and MS Project
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
Willingness to travel to job sites and work in varied field conditions

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide technical support throughout all phases of the project
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and logs
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Collaborate with field inspectors and project teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting requirements

SALARY RANGE: $73,000 – $100,899 per year depending on experience
