Cannabis Cultivation Technician
Plant Nerd is seeking a reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Defoliating and pruning cannabis plants
- Preparing growing media
- Transplanting plants
- Cleaning and maintaining cultivation areas
- Assisting with general cultivation tasks as needed
- Working carefully and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Following cultivation procedures, schedules, and instructions
- Being willing to work in multiple areas of the cultivation operation
- Completing scheduled tasks thoroughly and on time

- Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Flexibility to work in different areas of cultivation
- Reliable transportation — you must have your own vehicle
- Flexible availability and willingness to stay until scheduled work is completed
Some cultivation tasks are time-sensitive and must be completed on specific scheduled days. Candidates must be able to work the hours necessary to finish assigned tasks, including occasional flexibility with end times.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
