Repair & Inventory Coordinator
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday-Friday 10-5:30
- Saturday 10-5:00pm
- Sunday & Monday (Closed)
Location: 3630 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301
What You’ll Do ✨
- Follow repair jobs through our shop from start to finish — keep them organized and on schedule..
- Inspect parts to ensure perfect fit, appearance, and quality and give to our repair team.
- Communicate repair updates with the team and customers — keeping everyone informed.
- Order & keep stocked parts for watches, clocks, and jewelry repairs
- Notify customers when repairs are complete and/or follow up as needed.
- Use computer-aided engraving equipment
- Perform services like battery changes, band adjustments, and some clock repairs.
- Track all factory repairs
- Maintain and update inventory using Excel — including price updates, tagging items, and tracking stock efficiently.

- Plan and schedule & coordinate repair activities to keep the shop running smoothly.

- Be responsible for repair quality, timeliness, and profitability.
- Provide updates to management and maintain accurate pricing on all repairs and custom designs.
- Assist with inventory reporting and Excel-based record keeping to support shop operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $25,000.00 - $29,000.00 per year
