Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Complete clinical assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-person
- Maintain compliance with ethical, state, and payer requirements
Qualifications
Applicants must possess an active, unrestricted clinical license in the state where services will be provided, including but not limited to:
- LSW
- LISW
- LPC
- LPCC
- LMHC
- LCSW
- Or equivalent independent or master's level clinical license
Candidates should also possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection for telehealth (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Although not required, preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Active Medicaid Provider Number
- Experience with Medicaid documentation
- Telehealth experience
- Experience working with children, families, adults, or substance use populations
Compensation
- Starting at $50 per clinical hour
- Competitive fee-for-service reimbursement
- Additional earning potential based on caseload and payer mix
- Prompt payments
