We are expanding their global touring teams! We are launching two massive, concurrent international music tours kicking off in 2027 across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
We are seeking passionate, multi-talented professionals to fill a wide variety of road crew, venue staff, and backend business roles. If you are highly adaptable, love travel, and thrive in fast-paced live entertainment environments, we want to hear from you.
Open Positions:
Tour Leadership & Business Operations
- Booking Agents: Secure venue contracts, negotiate financial terms, and optimize international routing schedules.
- Talent Acquisition Specialists: Source, vet, and onboard elite production crew and local staffing agencies.
- Business Development Partners: Cultivate strategic alliances, brand relationships, and long-term commercial opportunities.
Live Production & Technical Crew
- Tour Managers (TM): Advance venues, coordinate ground logistics, and manage nightly financial settlements.
- Sound Techs/FOH & Monitor Engineers: Deploy premium audio systems and deliver flawless live mixes.
- Lighting Techs: Assemble, program, and operate dynamic concert lighting rigs per creative direction.
- Special FX Directors: Oversee pyrotechnics, lasers, and atmospheric effects while ensuring absolute venue safety.
Fan Experience, Sponsorships & Marketing
- Social Media Managers: Create real-time content, manage community engagement, and run on-tour digital campaigns.
- Sponsorship Locators: Identify and secure local, regional, and global brand sponsors for both tours.
- Sponsorship Table Helpers: Activate brand booths, engage VIPs, and distribute promotional materials at venues.
- Merchandise Specialists: Manage arena inventory, design eye-catching displays, and handle point-of-sale operations.
- Merch Pre-Order Pickup Coordinators: Organize advance sales digital queues and ensure fast, accurate fan pickups.
Day-of-Show Venue Operations
- Ticket Checkers: Scan digital passes, verify credentials, and welcome fans at the main gates.
- Laborers: Execute heavy lifting, load-ins, load-outs, and rapid physical stage builds.
- Floaters: Provide agile support across ticketing, hospitality, and production departments as needed on-site.
Strict Mandatory Requirements
- Adaptability: Possess a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to step into several different positions or cross-train across departments as tour needs shift.
- Travel Readiness: Hold a valid passport, or be fully able to secure one no later than March 2027.
- Medical Compliance: Agree to undergo a comprehensive physical exam and receive numerous required vaccines necessary to clear entry protocols for 50+ countries.
- Vetting: Consent to a thorough background check to ensure compliance with international visa and border regulations.
- Personality: Demonstrate a great, high-energy personality with exceptional interpersonal skills, zero ego, and a team-first attitude.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional touring or live event production experience required for technical and leadership roles. Entry-level opportunities are available for select venue staffing positions.
- Willing to Travel & Start Soon: This is a traveling position and although we will allow people to only work certain routes we prioritize applicants that can join us for the entire trip from August/October 2026 to March/July of 2028. At a minimum you need to be able to be on the road for 1-6 months at a time.
