Phantom Towing is looking for a reliable and motivated Night Shift Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who prefers working overnight, can operate independently, and takes pride in providing fast, professional service to customers in need.
You’ll be responsible for roadside assistance, towing services, winch outs, and transporting vehicles safely using a rollback or truck & trailer setup.
Responsibilities
- Respond to roadside assistance calls (lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, etc.)
- Safely tow and transport vehicles using rollback or truck & trailer
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts
- Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and care of assigned truck
- Complete all service calls efficiently, safely, and professionally in all weather conditions
- Preform all other duties assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Must be able to drive a truck & trailer
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently (6PM - 2AM)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift heavy gear and work in all weather conditions
- Good customer service and basic mechanical skills.
Pay & Benefits
- Commission-based pay: 30%–40% of gross (based on experience/performance)

- Night Shift 6PM - 2AM (hours may vary based on call volume)
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday's
