Job Overview
Queen Anne Manor is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical services within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The RN plays a key leadership role in ensuring residents receive high-quality care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company policies. This position works closely with caregivers, medication technicians, physicians, families, and the leadership team to promote resident well-being, dignity, and quality of life.
The ideal candidate is organized, resident-focused, and passionate about serving older adults, including those living with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
- Complete resident assessments, re-assessments, and service plan reviews.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Review and maintain accurate resident records using PointClickCare (PCC).
- Ensure medication management practices are followed in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
- Train, mentor, and support caregiving and medication staff.
- Participate in care conferences and communicate resident care needs with families and responsible parties.
- Assist with resident admissions, move-ins, and ongoing evaluations.
- Monitor infection prevention and control practices throughout the community.
- Ensure compliance with Washington State Assisted Living regulations and company standards.
- Respond to clinical concerns and provide nursing guidance to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders to promote quality care and resident satisfaction.
- Participate in quality assurance and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care and aging-related health conditions.
- Experience using PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic health record systems preferred.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Understanding of Washington State Assisted Living regulations preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with participation in an on-call rotation as needed
Work Location: On-site at Queen Anne Manor Assisted Living & Memory Care Community
Pay: From $82,000.00 per year
