We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, qualifying leads, supporting customer renewals, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and incoming inquiries.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and identify business opportunities.
- Support customer renewals and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- CRM and intermediate computer skills required.
- Experience in technology or software sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $36,000 – $38,000 annually
