Overview
Keystone Surveying and Mapping, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). The ideal candidate will have an extensive technical and managerial background conducting boundary, topographic, land title surveys, subdivisions, lot consolidation plans, and construction stake out.
Duties will include
- Managing all facets of a land surveying project, including subdivisions, lot consolidations, and land title surveys, involves comprehensive, end-to-end oversight of the development process—from initial feasibility and surveying to regulatory approval and final platting
- Resolve boundary parcels
- Manage survey staff, both field and office
- Writing Proposals, calculating and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of linear projects a plus
Experience, Skills, & Knowledge
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and/or Professional Surveyor (PS) in the State of Ohio, required, or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- Independent Yet Collaborative
- Capable of using CAD software and ability to post process survey data. AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred.
- Experience with property title research
- Experience in both conventional and GPS survey and data processing
- Experience with Trimble survey equipment and software including Access and TBC
- Experience with Point Clouds, UAV Surveys, Post Processing, Modelling a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
