Real Estate Management Company in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a full time maintenance technician. Position would involve working at various residential and commercial buildings located in South Orange County.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in apartment and/or commercial maintenance and be able to undertake all aspects of property maintenance including apartment make readies. That candidate would be able to diagnose problems and complete repairs with experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation and maintenance, painting services, flooring repair and installation, carpentry, dry walling, appliance check up, and fixture installation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 2 years maintenance experience
-HVAC experience a plus
-Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry & sheetrock
-Skilled in appliance repair
-Ability to prioritize work & work on fast paced properties
-Good customer service skills
-Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
-Ability to take after hours on--call emergencies
-Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
