Residential Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:
- Safety is of the utmost importance
- Roofing Foreman is expected to possess a comprehensive knowledge of installation and repair of the most residential steep slope applications
- Roofing Foreman will be expected to possess above skillsets, be able to organize assigned roofing projects and personnel
- Be able to oversee and complete roofing projects on time and with minimal assistance/direction from management
- Roofing Foreman will be provided company tools to complete their assigned tasks
Residential Roofing Foreman Qualifications:
- MUST have minimum 3 years supervisory / foreman experience
- MUST have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- MUST pass a background check
