Smartphone & Computer Repair Specialist
iFIXIT911 Repairs is expanding its team and seeking a dependable, tech-savvy individual to join our Davie location. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with electronics, solving technical problems, and helping customers get their devices back in working condition.
This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with smartphones, computers, and other consumer electronics and is comfortable working in a busy retail repair environment.
Location: Davie, Florida
Work Setting: On-site
Schedule: Days to be finalized
Starting Compensation: $15.00/hour
Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Primary Duties
- Inspect and identify issues with smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and other electronic devices.
- Complete repairs on Apple, Samsung, and other popular device brands.
- Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Perform basic electronic maintenance and related technical services.
- Communicate with customers regarding device problems, repair solutions, pricing, and status updates.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the repair process.
- Help with store activities, including sales support, organization, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Stay current with repair techniques, tools, and technology.
- Explain device-related information and solutions clearly to customers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members while also handling assignments independently.
Desired Background & Skills
- Hands-on experience repairing smartphones, computers, or consumer electronics.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
