Clearline Operations LLC is a leading manufacturer of multiple products produced from recycled materials and distributed across North America.
We are currently seeking Production Operators for 1st and 2nd shift to join our growing team at our new location in Muncie Indiana.
- Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager and Team Lead, the operator is responsible for operating a hydraulic press machine in the process of molding recycled rubber into compression molds.
- Set up a press machine and operate using pre-programmed PLC; Extract mixture from mixers and measure exact amount on a scale; Spray release liquid into the mold cavity; Dispense mixture into preheated molds; After molding removing product from cavities (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Review job orders to determine job specifications such as production time, molding temperatures, mixing formulas and other specifications.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Hot Environment with preheated molds. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., Fast-paced manufacturing environment; Manual dexterity; Attention to detail; Standing for extended periods; must provide own steel toed shoes - mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 an hour plus 2nd/3rd shift premium.
Expected hours: 40 per week plus overtime on some weeks
6 am - 6 pm 12 hour shift - 2, 2, 3 schedule
Mon. - Fri. 8 hour shifts
