Colonial Behavioral Health (CBH) provides opportunities for recovery to individuals and their families affected by mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a General Services Technician to join our General Services Department. This position is responsible for maintaining agency facilities and grounds in a clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained condition. The successful candidate will perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks while providing responsive and reliable support to agency programs and employees.
Full-Time Monday–Friday Standard Business Hours
Work hours may vary based on agency and program needs.
Skills and Qualifications

Ability to perform general facilities maintenance and make minor repairs and adjustments to building fixtures, systems, and equipment.

Working knowledge and practical skills in areas such ascarpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and grounds maintenance.

Ability to prioritize assignments and consistently meet established deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities.

Ability to identify maintenance and safety concerns and respond appropriately.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with agency staff and service providers.

Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record at hire and throughout employment is required.

Experience performing skilled trades or facilities maintenance work in one or more areas, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
