We’re looking for a Shift Manager in Training who brings positive energy, strong leadership, and a love for fast-paced restaurant life. If you enjoy leading a team, taking care of guests, and making every shift run smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As a Shift Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and keep everything running like a well-made pie:
- Lead shifts and support your team during busy service
- Keep orders flowing and customers happy
- Jump in where needed—front of house or back of house
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Support inventory, food cost, and waste control
- Uphold food safety and quality standards (ServSafe required)
- Help train, coach, and motivate team members
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 80 lbs
- Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment (hot/cold conditions, fast pace)

- Reports to: General Manager
- Supervises: Crew Members
- Includes a 90-day probationary period
