Responsibilities:
- Provide program support to Geriatrics with Dementia in social adult day setting
- Assist with program activities & recreational activities
- Assist with Personal Care as needed
- Assist in supervising self administration of medications as needed
- Workplace Trainings as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PCA experience preferred by not required - Prior experience working with Geriatrics & Dementia
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Dedicated. Prompt & Reliable a MUST !
- Excellent planning and execution of social activities
-Experience in music therapy, art therapy, running exercise groups, BINGO, trivia, etc
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion & compassion working with Geriatrics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
