About the Role
Lean Life Manufacturing is hiring Production Cooks to support our large-batch meal production in a structured, food manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for experienced cooks who enjoy cooking at volume, following clear recipes, and working as part of a team—without the stress of restaurant service, late nights, or unpredictable schedules.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Cook, you’ll focus on preparing food efficiently, consistently, and safely to support daily production goals. Responsibilities include:
- Cooking large-batch recipes according to detailed specifications
- Operating commercial kitchen equipment such as kettles, ovens, and production tools
- Monitoring cook times, temperatures, and cooling processes
- Ensuring recipe accuracy, proper yields, and product consistency
- Coordinating with the production and assembly teams to meet daily output targets
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
- Following all GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a cook, prep cook, line cook, or in high-volume meal production
- Ability to follow recipes and standardized processes
- Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume or batch cooking preferred
