You’ll be the face of the service — building rapport, diagnosing needs, and closing subscriptions while delivering exceptional customer care.
What We Expect From a Telecom Sales Account Manager
You’ll spend most of your time selling Frontier internet, TV, and phone solutions in a residential setting. As a Telecom Sales Account Manager, you’re also in charge of managing renewals and upgrades while working to hit monthly sales targets. This role balances consultative service with high-volume sales activity.
As a Telecom Sales Account Manager, you can expect to:
- Sell Frontier residential solutions through customer-facing outreach.
- Qualify prospects, present solutions, and close new residential accounts.
- Build rapport through consistent customer interaction and follow-up.
- Manage and grow a local book of accounts with upgrades and renewals.
- Track leads, sales activity, and customer details accurately in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Telecom Sales Account Manager colleagues to support smooth service activations.
You should have:
- Sales experience in telecom, residential, or customer-facing environments.
- Track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals.
- Confident, consultative communicator when facing clients.
- Motivated by commission-based, performance-driven earnings.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing follow-ups.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a local territory.
