Bleu Heavenly Touch is seeking a dependable, organized, and trustworthy part-time assistant to help manage daily business and administrative responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and can work independently without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and priorities
- Follow up with clients, vendors, county offices, and other business contacts
- Assist with telephone calls, permits, applications, forms, and paperwork
- Run local business-related errands
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Help coordinate short-term rental and property-related responsibilities
- Organize business records, receipts, documents, and files
- Take photographs, upload content, and assist with basic social-media tasks
- Accompany the owner to appointments, meetings, or properties when needed
- Protect private business, financial, and client information
- Complete other reasonable personal or business-assistance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and basic computer programs
- Able to prioritize assignments and work independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have dependable transportation and current automobile insurance
- Available for local travel within Raleigh and surrounding areas
- Willing to complete a background check
- Able to sign and follow a confidentiality agreement
This is a part-time position with the possibility of additional hours as the businesses continue to grow.
