About the Opportunity
A growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and expand an established territory throughout the Rust Belt region. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, hands-on organization where employees have high visibility, work closely across departments, and play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth.
This role combines account management and business development, supporting existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities throughout the territory.
Qualifications
Required
- Outside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical industrial environment.
- Experience selling engineered, customized, or technical solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance existing account management with new business development.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
Travel
Travel throughout the assigned territory is expected. Travel will be heavier during onboarding and territory development before transitioning to a more customer-driven schedule. Initial onsite training will be provided at company headquarters.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 to $98,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Eligible employees may also participate in a discretionary annual bonus program and receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits.
