Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of commercial projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of landscape projects—from planning to installation and maintenance—while managing teams and resources effectively. Must have experience in project managing or administrative work. Duties
- Lead and supervise landscape construction and maintenance projects, including hardscape installations, planting, and grounds maintenance.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify plants accurately and select appropriate materials for each project based on design specifications and environmental conditions.
- Maintain safety protocols across all projects, conduct site inspections regularly, and address any hazards promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising landscape or outdoor construction projects with a strong background in project managing.
- Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance practices, plant identification, tree care, gardening, and hardscape installation a bonus.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead crews effectively in outdoor environments.
- 2-5 years hands-on experience operating project managing software and ability to multitask. Ex: Aspire, Asana, Click Up, Monday.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
