CarePro Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our growing team. We provide care to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
No certification? No problem!
You can get certified through our PCA training program and start working with CarePro after graduation.
What You Will Do
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Help with daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Observe and report changes in client condition
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- No experience required - training available
- Compassionate, responsible, and reliable
- Ability to work with elderly and disabled clients
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients
- Ability to lift and support up to 50 lbs if needed
