Francis Retail is a fast-growing liquidation furniture and home goods business. We sell across eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and our own website, and we get a high volume of customer inquiries every day.
We need a sharp, organized, bilingual person to own those conversations and turn them into sales. You'll be the first point of contact for most of our customers, answering calls and messages, sending quotes, and scheduling deliveries and pickups. A typical day means juggling tens of phone calls and messages across multiple platforms, keeping every lead moving, and following our playbooks so nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a fast-paced, in-person role for someone who is responsive, professional, and coachable. If you take pride in doing a job well and you like clear direction and a steady environment, you'll do great here.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound messages across Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, email, and our website
- Answer and return customer phone calls (tens of calls per day)
- Send quotes, confirm pricing, and close sales
- Schedule deliveries and customer pickups following our process
- Keep every lead moving so no conversation goes cold
- Collect payment and coordinate handoffs with the warehouse and delivery team
- Follow our pricing and customer-service playbooks
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, sales, hospitality, or call center)
- Fast, friendly, and professional on the phone and in writing
- Highly organized and responsive, you do not let messages sit
- Comfortable handling a high volume of conversations at once
- Coachable and reliable, you run the play and show up on time
- Retail, sales, call center, hospitality, or admin experience a plus
- Basic comfort with computers, email, and online marketplaces
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
