Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support store operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage inventory and sales processes, and uphold the high standards that define our brand. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop management skills within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise team members, providing guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and operational tasks
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff
- Handle cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies across all activities
- Promote a positive work environment through employee orientation, training & development initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles within retail or automotive settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and inventory control
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping practices
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques
- Knowledge of automotive operations is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
