About the Role
As a Field Signage Installer, you will play a vital role in bringing commercial branding to life by managing the end-to-end setup and maintenance of large-scale signage. You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical systems and structural assembly to ensure every project is installed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute the precise installation and repair of commercial signage and lighting systems, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic alignment.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical work orders to guide site preparation and component assembly.

Operate heavy machinery, including bucket trucks, to perform installations at significant heights with a focus on safety.

Conduct basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting to ensure all illuminated signage functions reliably.

Prepare installation sites through excavation and mounting procedures to create a stable foundation for signage.

Collaborate with a field crew to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.

Previous experience in sign installation, construction, or electrical trades.

Possession of a valid CDL Class A or B license.

Advanced ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints.

Experience with concrete work, roofing, or utility-related installation projects.
