Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Follow all state licensing and center policies
Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (required)
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children and helping them grow
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, full-time
