Customer Service Technical Agent position located in Maple Grove, MN . The pay is $22/hr. M-F with varying shift times during the day. The position requires a Background check and job specific testing.
A Technical Support Specialist, or an IT Support Specialist, is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to software programs. Duties include taking phone calls from customers and helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone.
There will be a 10-day training class from 7:30am-4:30pm M-F. During this class you will learn the programs and procedures.
